Excellent ground. Good views from my seat. Drinks and food are extortionate but you'd expect that anyway.
We stayed in the hotel for a couple of days. I really liked the hotel and the view from our room. But I need to be honest that on pictures looks much better.
Iam writing my review to let other people know and let u know that this casino is absolute horrible and they do absolutely everything to make u lose and never even give u a chance to win in any game Liverpool slots unless u know someone in management or people who work here. I witnessed 4 times each week they been doing a £50 giveaway and the same chinese person won 3 times in a row and even a big giveaway which is tickets to Vegas!
I stayed at the hotel for two nights and overall my experience was positive. The room was clean and spacious, the reception staff was welcoming, and the location was great, close to all the major attractions. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a variety of options to choose from.

Stone through from train station and walkable distance or everything else. So convenient. The rooms are so quiet being in such a busy location. Staff and service great. Breakfast is delicious could not fault it. Having a few kitchen supplies was convenient for us as came back with food a few times.
Enjoy going here really friendly helpful staff. Sometimes you win sometimes you loose but anytime I have won anything it has been here. Nice food but a shame because they took out the machines I liked to play most on so I removed a star for that reason only.
Didn't have an evening meal but there was a wide choice of food and drink for breakfast. Two of the waiting staff were incredibly attentive, helpful and polite: Hossein and Tefayul. Will definitely stay at the hotel again.

Food selection was good. Most importantly the pitch is great (and has a quite short boundary) so very close to the action in most seats
. We had the joy of a magician to entertain us whilst we waited for our food and he was excellent, one of the best we have had the pleasure to see. I wanted to also say a specific thank you to Sharon on the reception area who we have known now for many years and she always makes us feel welcome, she is an asset to the business. Staff stare alot at customers, kind of intimidating especially if your new to the scene and don't know how to gamble.. only issue I had. Overall good experience, il defo be back
Worst place ever travel up and down country for work me and my partner love genting but this one in particular lets them down the staff are straight up rude and unprofessional especially the manger, wanted to change my food order and got told I was an idiot then for me to go to the casino manager and get told that he doesn’t want a conversation with me and that his staff wouldn’t do that, after that we were made to feel uncomfortable as they all congregate,laugh, glare and talk about us all for such a simple request.
Price to stay is expensive, but it is a quality hotel. Parking is non-existent unfortunately but there are public car parks close by.
